Controller Service
Jason is in charge of the Controller Service Department. He provides assistance with budgeting and cost analysis, developing policies and procedures, and other services to help the company reach its goals while freeing the management team to focus on core business.
Jason provides assistants to clients with navigating the IPO process from advisory services on finding the right investors, selecting auditors and attorneys, to preparation of all financial statements and accounting documents required for the IPO process.
Ivan
Due Diligence
Ivan has over 10 years of financial, accounting, and consulting experience. He prepares all accounting transactions and assists in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Ivan performs on-site due diligence procedures which will determine the state of the underlying records, determine if any adjustments are needed to convert the records from local (foreign) books to U.S. books, identify business risks and make the necessary improvement recommendations, and perform other agreed-upon procedures as requested.
